Sharon police probe shooting of man

A man was shot in a house on South Oakland Avenue.

The shooting occurred about 8 p.m. Wednesday, a Mercer County emergency dispatcher confirmed. The name and condition of the shooting victim wasn’t known by a Mercer County emergency dispatcher, who referred comment to Sharon police.

Sharon police couldn’t be reached Wednesday night to provide details of the incident.
