Lynda Petrella and James Seabrook, both of East Palestine, exchanged wedding vows Sept. 24, 2011, at Western Reserve United Methodist Church. The Rev. Russ Adams performed the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Petrella of New Middletown and the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Seabrook of New Waterford and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Townsend of East Palestine.

The couple received congratulations at a reception in their honor at the Youngstown Shrine Club in North Lima.

The bride wore a white chiffon A-line gown with a side draped bodice, beaded lace, lace-up back and a sweep train.

Attired in lapis-colored beaded strapless organza dresses were Sarah Miller, maid of honor; and bridesmaids Nicole Anderson; Julie Swauger; Keri Seabrook, the groom’s sister; and Jensyn Seabrook, the groom’s niece. Emilie Fury, the bride’s cousin; and Madisson Anderson, the bride’s niece, were flower girls.

Bob Seabrook, the groom’s brother, served as best man; and groomsmen were Randall Petrella, the bride’s brother; Sean Seabrook and Johnathon Seabrook, the groom’s sons; and Matthew Fury, the bride’s cousin. Jaymz Miller, the bride’s godson, served as ring bearer.

The newlyweds honeymooned in the Bahamas.

Mrs. Seabrook earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Youngstown State University. She is employed as an administrative clerk for the city of Canfield.

Mr. Seabrook is employed by Comcast in Beaver Falls, Pa., as a service technician.
