Governor to speak at shale development event

Gov. John R. Kasich will deliver remarks at the Ohio Shale Development Economic Impact and Opportunities Forum. The event will be Thursday at the Yankee Lake Ballroom on state Route 7 in Brookfield. The program begins at noon and the governor will speak at about 4 p.m.
