Soroya Edmondson is NAM finalist

YOUNGSTOWN

Fourteen-year-old Soroya Edmondson of Youngstown, daughter of James Robinson and Pamela Thompson, has been named a state finalist in the National American Miss Ohio pageant, which will be July 29 and 30 in Columbus.

She is competing in the 13-to-15-year-old age category. Soroya’s favorite activities include Harambee, cheerleading and track. She also enjoys dancing, music, talking with friends and going to church.

The pageants celebrate inner beauty, poise, self-confidence and setting and achieving personal goals.
