CARD, BINGO PARTIES

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St., will have its annual card and bingo party from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Cards will be played from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11:30 and door prizes will be awarded from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Bingo will start at 1 and cards also may be played from 1 to 3:30 p.m. There will be a 50-50 raffle and a money tree raffle. RAFFLES

Ohio State University Alumni Club of Trumbull and Mahoning Counties is sponsoring a benefit football ticket raffle. The grand prize is two President’s Club season football tickets good for all eight home games including Nebraska on Oct. 6 and Michigan on Nov. 24. Second prize is two tickets to the University of Miami home opener Sept. 1. Raffle tickets cost $20 each or three for $50; only 600 tickets will be sold. Proceeds will benefit the club’s Scholarship Fund. St. Michael Orthodox Church hall, 127 Steel St., Youngstown, will be the site of a rummage sale, bake sale and basket auction from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. All proceeds will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Junior Women’s League of Canfield is recruiting vendors for the 43rd annual Fall Market Event on the Canfield Village Green. This year’s event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 15. TRIPS

Boardman Rotary Relay for Life team is sponsoring a bus trip to Rivers Casino on July 21. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. The cost of the trip is $30, and you get $15 in free play plus a food voucher.
