SENIOR CITIZENS

Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet Friday at Lowellville city hall conference room with president Ernie Ciarniello presiding. Lunch will be provided by Phyllis Nolfi of Gianna’s Catering. For reservations, call Janet Davanzo at 330-793-3176. Members are asked to take donations for a gift basket for a sick or shut-in member. June birthdays and anniversaries will be recognized. There will be bingo and a raffle. Membership dues of $5 may be paid. New members are welcome; anyone older than 55 may join. Notify Mary Mascarella, sunshine chairwoman, 330-536-8748, about illnesses and deaths.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Janet Tentinger will give the devotions. There will be a pizza party at noon. No affiliation with the church is required for participation.
