Five men are headed back to court on charges of plotting to bomb a bridge in northeast Ohio. It turned out to be a dud provided by an FBI informant.

A federal judge in Akron has scheduled a detention hearing Wednesday to decide whether to release the defendants on pretrial bond. The government has opposed their release.

The defense expects to ask that the trial be held away from Cleveland and Akron.

The highway bridge targeted by the alleged bomb plot crosses the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

The suspects are described by the government as self-proclaimed anarchists. They have pleaded not guilty.
