Diamond 9’s 5, Kuboff & Associates 0 — Alec Hammond had two hits and drove in a run for the winners. For Kuboff, Chase Thurbur and Austin Brunsetter each had two hits.

Roth Brothers 17, Youngstown Express 3 — Andrew Armstrong had three hits, scored twice and drove in three runs.

Mill Creek Wharmby Sports 6, Howland Pizza Works 4 — Dominic Drummond was the winning pitcher and had four hits, including a triple. Donald Drummond added three hits and struck out six in two innings of relief. Anthony Marino had two doubles for Howland, while Zach Criss fanned 12 in five innings.

R.T. Vernal 13, Lowellville Buckeye Auto 1 — Hudson Widrig pitched one-hit ball through four innings. Vince Santisi went 4 for 4.

Canfield Bel Park 10-14, Lowellville 6-2 — Megan Kulisek was the winning pitcher in the first game. Lowellville’s Erin Pope hit a home run. Madison Johns was the winning pitcher in the second game.

East Palestine 6-7, Lady Devils 7-2 — Carlee Biegenweld had two RBIs for East Palestine in the opener. Carson Rutledge had 12 strikeouts. In the nightcap Sadie Walker and Sydney Telischak each had two hits. Telischak and Biegenwald had two RBIs. Telischak was the winning pitcher with seven strikeouts.

Canfield Bel-Park 12, Austintown 6

Team ROC Elite’s 10U — won at the NSA World Series Qualifier in Poland. Members of the team include Ayslyn Duffy, Chyenne Welch, Autumn Black, Bella Burrelli, Lizzie Malczak, Danielle Ficeti, Ellie Cruz, Cleo Kirila, Molly Piso, Julianna Hutchinson and Makayla McBryar.
