Jason and Pamela (Kovach) Galitsky of Spring Hill, Fla., formerly of Austintown, are announcing the March 3 birth of their first child, a son, whom they named Carter Tate. Grandparents are Stephen and Loretta Kovach and Marcy Galitsky, all of Austintown.
