4-year-old finalist heads to Columbus

Aniya Pilson, 4, of Youngstown has been chosen as a State Finalist in the National American Miss Ohio Pageant, which will take place July 27 and July 28 in Columbus.

Aniya’s activities include tumbling, singing, dancing and taking pictures. She also enjoys making up her own songs and reciting movie lines.

Her sponsors include various family members.

The winner of the state competition will receive a cash award, the official crown and banner, a bouquet of roses and air transportation to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland in Calif.
