Parents of Julie Bolkovac announce her engagement to John Carney

DELAWARE, OHIO

Mr. and Mrs. James P. Bolkovac of Delaware, Ohio, formerly of New Springfield, are announcing the engagement and wedding of their daughter, Julie Bolkovac, to John Carney, both of Dublin, Ohio. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. James F. Carney of Boardman.

Invitations will be extended for the couple’s wedding June 2 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown. An evening reception, also by invitation, will take place at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical communications. She is employed in marketing and client sales/development by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Columbus.

Mr. Carney earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and operations management from the University of Cincinnati. He is an account manager for Intertek in Columbus.
