Moses-Turner wedding plans are announced

YOUNGSTOWN

Felicia A. Moses and William D. Turner, both of Youngstown, are engaged to be married June 23, their parents are announcing.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Cynthia E. Little and Steven A. Moses, both of Youngstown. The future groom is the son of Elizabeth Turner of Youngstown and the late Marvin R. Turner.

The couple will exchange vows in an afternoon ceremony at First Presbyterian Church, and an evening reception will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Social Hall. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Moses is employed as a case manager in the Mahoning County Juvenile Court in Youngstown while attending Youngstown State University.

Mr. Turner is employed by the Tamarkin Co. in Youngstown.
