Market Street block closed after truck mishap

Market Street in Youngstown, at the Life Skills Learning Center, 3405 Market St., is closed because a truck struck and snapped a utility pole.

Police have shut down the block and are redirecting traffic. Drivers should avoid the area until otherwise advised.
