Identities of South Side murder victims confirmed

YOUNGSTOWN

Police have officially released the names of the two people found murdered in a South Side duplex Tuesday afternoon.

The female victim has been identified as 17-year-old Juanetta Franklin of the South Side and the male has been identified as 20-year-old Pako Lacey, also of the South Side.

Police are investigating the murders, but have not made any arrests or named any suspects.
