UPMC Horizon sets golf scramble

HERMITAGE, PA.

UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation will sponsor its 18th Annual Golf Masters Scramble on June 25 at Avalon at Buhl Country Club, 1030 Forker Blvd.

Registration will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., and play will begin at 11 with a shotgun scramble start. Featured will be golfer-only prizes, hole-in-one prizes and team prizes. At the reception, beginning at 4:30 p.m., there will be a cash bar and buffet dinner, and awards and prizes will be presented.

To register call 724-983-7159. Sponsorship opportunities are available. A single golfer registration costs $175 and includes dinner and grand prize eligibility. Dinner only costs $50.

Proceeds fund special projects that address unmet health and human service needs.
