Gagnon-Bland wedding planned for winter 2013

The parents of Lauren Gagnon and Drew Bland are announcing the engagement of their children.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert and Lorraine Gagnon of Tolland, Conn., and parents of the prospective groom are Jay and Kimberly Bland of Columbiana.

The couple, both of Washington, D.C., plan to marry in the winter of 2013 in Lancaster County, Pa.

Miss Gagnon graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She is an interior designer in Washington.

Mr. Bland earned an undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs. He is a management consultant for Grant Thornton in Alexandria, Va.
