Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury this week handed up indictments on the following people.

Jacqueline Snyder, 27, Madison Drive, Columbiana; Daisy Letson, no age given, Lisbon Street, Columbiana; and Michael Esenwein, 27, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, possession of heroin.

Charles Muth, 40, Briarwood Court, Canfield, Illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Anthony Zingale, 20, Nickie Lane, Chardon; James Castle, 20, Old State Road, Clariton; Nathan Brewer, 20, Deer Creek Road, Austintown; and Nicholas Nelson, 21, Water Street, Chardon, felonious assault and kidnapping.

Matthew Trail, 27, North Main Street, Austintown, gross sexual imposition and attempted gross sexual imposition.

James Muldrow, 19, Bennington Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and illegal possession of a weapon.

Sir Wolfgang Green, 18, Summer Street; Rayshawn Gilmore, 22, North Brockway Avenue; Delord Green, 19, Summer Street, breaking and entering and possession of cocaine.

Darrelle McMinn, 33, Brooklyn Avenue, felonious assault, aggravated robbery and intimidation of a witness.

Timothy Fulton, 27, Southern Boulevard, Boardman, assault and obstructing official business.

Larry Pettit, 55, South Salem-Warren Road, North Jackson, driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Burkholder, 22, Park Avenue, Struthers, theft.

Chere Clinton, 24, West Chalmers, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility.

Kevin Madison, 44, Broadway Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility.

Christopher Bretz, 23, Crumlin Avenue, Girard, aggravated robbery and assault.

Dale Lowe, 21, Unity Road, New Springfield, attempted theft.

Janeiro Myers, 20, Atkinson Avenue, trafficking in marijuana.

Michael Hamlett, 33, Volney Road, failure to verify address.

Frank Oceja, AKA Cuba, 31, Bridge Avenue, Cleveland, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances and child endangering.
