Program will highlight yard-water features

A program about backyard water features will be offered at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Liberty Branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 415 Church Hill-Hubbard Road.

The Trumbull Soil and Water Conservation District will present the program, which is free.
