Stull-Melvin wedding plans are announced

Brooke Ashley Stull and Bryan Albert Melvin, both of Cortland, are engaged and planning their wedding.

The engagement is being announced by Sandi Melvin of Hubbard and John “J.D.” Melvin of Struthers, the groom’s parents. Parents of the bride-to-be are Harry and Lori Stull of Howland.

The couple will exchange vows in an open ceremony at 2 p.m. June 16 at Howland Community Church in Howland. An evening reception by invitation is being planned at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

Miss Stull is attending Youngstown State University, where she is working toward a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is a communication consultant at Verizon Wireless in Niles and a dance instructor at Starstruck Dance Academy in Howland.

Mr. Melvin graduated from YSU with a degree in electrical engineering. He is project manager EIT with Thorson Baker in Cleveland.
