Miss Brooke, Mr. McCluskey to wed in August

POLAND

Marie and Wayne Brooke of Poland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Janeace Marie Brooke of Columbus, to Connor Patrick McCluskey of Akron.

The prospective groom is the son of Patricia McCluskey and Dr. Dennis McCluskey, both of Akron.

The wedding will take place at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 4 in an open ceremony at Holy Family Church in Poland. A reception by invitation is being planned at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Banquet Hall in Youngstown.

Miss Brooke graduated from the University of Akron, where she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech-language pathology. She is a speech-language pathologist at Wexner Medical Center at Ohio State University in Columbus.

Mr. McCluskey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University. He is a financial analyst for Osborn International in Cleveland.
