Spay/neuter clinic set

The RASCAL Unit, a mobile low-cost spay/neuter clinic, will return to the Columbiana County Dog Pound, 8455 County Home Road, on June 9 and 10.

Reservations and payment are required in advance because space is limited. Discounts may be available, upon request, for qualified low-income residents.
