Work on Village at Arlington progressing

YOUNGSTOWN

Carmelita Douglas, interim executive director of the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority, told Mahoning County commissioners that construction is proceeding on Phase One of the Village at Arlington, which will replace the demolished Westlake Terrace buildings.

The first occupants are expected to move into the new development in October.
