Knight-Blackburn wedding planned for late August

GIRARD

Donald and Shirley Knight of Girard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amy Marie Knight of Streetsboro, to Craig Blackburn Jr., also of Streetsboro. Parents of the prospective groom are Nancy Blackburn of Girard and Craig Blackburn of Danville, Calif.

St. Rose Church will be the setting for the couple’s Aug. 25 ceremony, and a reception at the Mahoning Country Club is being planned. Invitations will be extended to both events.

Miss Knight completed studies in radiation therapy at the Community College of Allegheny County. She is a radiation therapist at the Cleveland Clinic.

Mr. Blackburn earned a degree in communications from La Roche College and is employed as a sales representative with Superior Beverage Group in Glenwillow, Ohio.
