Home ownership fair to award a $10K down payment

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. hosts its first Healthy Home Ownership Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 19 at Lanterman’s Mill in Mill Creek MetroParks.

Participants will learn about the home ownership process. The event then moves to Lanterman Avenue for a block party and to showcase the YNDC’s latest fully renovated, energy-efficient homes for sale.

One attendee will be selected to receive $10,000 from the YNDC to be used toward the purchase of one of the agency’s homes.
