Update on Village at Arlington on North Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Carmelita Douglas, interim executive director of the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority, told Mahoning County commissioners that construction is proceeding on Phase One of the Village at Arlington, which is replacing demolished Westlake Terrace housing project buildings, with the first occupants expected to move into the new development in October.
