Burglary: An unlocked apartment was entered and a television and PlayStation3 were taken from an apartment in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Forgery: A signature was forged on loan papers at a home in the 1000 block of South Turner Road.

Warrant: Henry Garner,48, of 3531 Hillman, Apt. 304, Youngstown was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply, attempted possession of drugs at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: A press box was entered forcibly at Libby Field, 5280 W. Radio Road.

Felonious assault: A male was struck by a vehicle door intentionally in the 4000 block of Oakwood Ave.

Theft: A cellphone was stolen at Blue Mobile Solutions, 5507 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: There were no signs of forced entry in a burglary at a home in the 2000 block of North Main Street.

March 29

Criminal damaging: A window was broken at a home in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Theft: Three transactions totaling $900 were reported at Home Savings and Loan, 4259 Kirk Road.

Criminal damaging: Damage to a vehicle was reported at a home in the 6000 block of Berry Blossom Drive.

Breaking and entering: Two radios were taken from a garage in the 100 block of Idaho Road.

Theft: A lawn mower was taken from a home in the 1000 block of Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: A white tailgate was taken from a home in the 1000 block of Cavalcade Drive.

Menacing: A male was threatened by two males at a home in the 4000 block of Timberbrook Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Trisha Terlecky, 62, of 7335 West Blvd., Boardman for theft of $141.99 in groceries at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Fraud: Unauthorized purchases were reported at a home in the 600 block of Mallard Court.

Burglary: Forced entry was gained through a window in a burglary at a home in the 900 block of Ohltown Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Richard Rayford, 27, no address listed, on a warrant for breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Telecommunications harassment: Calls and text messages were reported at a home in the 1000 block of Old Farm Trail.

March 30

Drug offense: Police charged Sarah Ann Armeni, 18, of 667 Garland Drive, with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana at Shotz, 3718 Oakwood Ave.

Theft: A vehicle-exhaust system was stolen from an auto parked at Impact Property, 856 Ohltown Road.

Auto theft: A 2010 Dodge Caliber was stolen at Certified Oil, 825 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Recovered property: A bicycle was recovered at a home in the 5000 block of Virginia Drive.

Identity fraud: A Twitter account was opened in the victim’s name at a home in the 5000 block of Cider MiIl Run.

Felonious assault: A male struck a female with a vehicle at Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Attempted breaking and entering: Two juveniles were arrested in an attempted breaking and entering at the former Austintown Middle School, 5800 Mahoning Ave.

March 31

Domestic violence: Police charged Mathew Thoennes, 24, of 3752 Frederick St., with the crime.

Theft: $500 to $700 was taken from a purse at Wylie Coyote, 4176 Mahoning Ave.

Lost or stolen property: A black leather wallet was lost or stolen at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Domestic violence: Police charged Daniyal Mir, 25, of 9698 Raccoon Road, Apt. 6, with the crime.

Counterfeit currency: More than $1,900 was spent on electronics using counterfeit currency at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Misti Campbell, 24, of 5110 Willowcrest Ave., on a warrant for failure to appear on a drug-abuse charge.

Disturbance: Numerous males were fighting, one was possibly struck by a vehicle, and damage was done to Economy Inn, in the parking lot of the Go-Go Girls Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Drive.

Theft: Unauthorized charges were made on a debit card after a wallet was lost at O’Donold’s Pub, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Assault: A 12-year-old was pushed by another juvenile on an Austintown Middle School bus.

Drug abuse: Police charged Kadeem Gilmore, 22, of 4841 Westchester Drive, Apt. 30, with possession of marijuana after his arrest at Ultra Shine, 1432 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Sarah Oaks, 18, of 4624 Fitzgerald Ave., on a warrant for misuse of a credit card and theft.

Bomb threat: A bomb threat was reported at Walmart. The store was evacuated, but nothing was found.

Assault: A suspect is accused of assault at a home in the 6000 block of Callaway Circle.

April 1

Theft: Police say they have a suspect in a theft from an auto parked at a home in the 3000 block of Lynhaven Road.

Burglary: Police say they have a suspect in a burglary at a home in the 3000 block of Lynhaven Road.

Assault: A victim of assault at Privilege Nite Club, 1743 S. Raccoon Road was taken to the hospital.

Summons: Police issued a summons to Chris Lashawn, 24, of 2518 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, for taunting a police dog at the Wedgwood Plaza, 1749 S. Raccoon Road.

Burglary: Several items were taken from an apartment in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.

Criminal trespassing: Police charged Francis Whalen, 25, of 1021 Washington St., Farrell, Pa., for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest at Privilege Nite Club, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.

Telecommunication harassment: Harassing telecommunications were received from an accused suspect at a home in the 4000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue.

Warrant: Police arrested Mindy Sierra, 30, of 716 Spring St., Niles, on a warrant for theft.

Theft: A phone was taken from the bar at O’Donold’s.

Theft: Car keys and tools were taken from an auto parked at Economy Inn, 1051 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

April 9

Burglary: Prescription medication was taken from a home in the 100 block of Aldrich Road.

Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Sandra Bell, 46, of 4200 Pembrook Road, No. 12, for a loud stereo.

Fraud: $79.86 in unauthorized transactions were reported at Seven Seventeen Credit Union, 6460 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Cody Stenger, 18, of 701 Oberlin Place for theft of two candy bars valued at $3.28 from Sheetz Gas Station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Misuse of credit card: Unauthorized charges were made to a credit card belonging to the owner of a home in the 1000 block of Eastwind Place.

Burglary: Undetermined amount of cash was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Nassau Court.

April 10

Theft: A wallet containing $1,300 was taken from an auto parked at Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave.

Auto theft/recovered property: A vehicle was stolen from Shotz, and recovered by the victim. The vehicle was moved and then abandoned.

Theft: A stereo was taken from an auto at Shotz.

Theft: An Ohio dealer license plate was stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Counterfeit currency: A counterfeit $50 bill was passed at Huntington Bank, 6010 Mahoning Ave.

Aggravated menacing: A threat to “blow up the bank” was made at Farmer’s National Bank, 22 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Unauthorized use of motor vehicle: There is a suspect in the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle belonging to the owner of a home in the 200 block of South Edgehill Avenue.

Theft: Forcible entry was made into a bedroom at a home in the 900 block of Collins Avenue.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls were reported at an apartment in the 3000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

April 11

Theft: An Ohio license plate was stolen from an auto in the 50 block of Westminster Avenue.

Assault: Two males were involved in an altercation in the 400 block of North Four Mile Run Road.

Burglary: A window broke out and entry was gained to a home in the 70 block of South Main Street. The alarm was set off, and nothing was taken.

Theft: A teller was short-changed at First National Bank, 5632 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Anthony Dimuzio, 51, of 1650 Laurie Drive on a warrant for telecommunications harassment.

Theft: Police arrested a 14-year-old female for a theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An employee is accused of theft at Subway, 825 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

April 12

Fraud: Fraudulent charges were reported at a home in the 6000 block of Boulder Creek.

Theft: An airless sprayer was stolen from Renu Roofing, 168 S. Meridian Road.

Fraud: An unauthorized online purchase was made at Wal-Mart.

Theft: Firearms were reported stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Theft: Pills were stolen from an auto parked in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Drug offense: Police charged Rodney Cole Jr., 18, of 109 N. Osborn Ave., Youngstown, with possession of marijuana after his arrest in the township.

April 13

Assault: An assault was reported at Save-A-Step Food Mart, 4226 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Daniel Allmon, 23, of 1510 Shelby St., on a Columbiana warrant for receiving stolen property.

Theft: A clerk was short-changed at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Attempted burglary: An attempt to burglarize a home in the 300 block of Idlewood Road was reported.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of South Turner Road.

Theft: A riding toy was stolen from a home in the 300 block of Ayrshire Drive.

Recovered property: A knife was recovered at a home in the 400 block of Westgate Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: A Port-A-John was damaged at the Austintown Soccer Fields, 805 Ohltown Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Dennis Sklenchar, 18, of 3908 Staatz Drive on a warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge.

Criminal damaging: The side of a house was spray painted in the 3000 block of Lynhaven Road.

Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a home in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft: A purse and a gym bag were taken at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road.

Theft: An employee’s cellphone was stolen at Cellular Connection, 5507 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: A television was taken at a home in the 5000 block of Stanford Ave.

Menacing: Ongoing harassment was reported at a home in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Summons: Police issued a summons to David Getz, 40, of 1888 Deerfield Ave., Warren, for disorderly conduct at the Ice House, 5516 W. Webb Road.

April 15

Warrant: Police arrested Teresa Gray, 52, of 428 Lemae St., Newton Falls, on an unspecified warrant out of Amarillo, Texas.

Burglary: Pills, an Xbox and games, a Wii game console, $500, and a safe were stolen from a home in the 1000 block of North Edgehill Ave.

Theft: Prescription pills were taken from a home in the 300 block of Robert Frost Drive.

Theft: A purse and wallet were stolen from an auto parked at Meridian Arms, 650 S. Meridian Road.

Assault: An assault was reported on Idaho Road.

Theft: A 43-inch television was stolen from Wal-Mart.

April 16

Theft: About 200 feet of copper wire was cut from a power plant at Ohio Edison substation, 3710 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 200 block of S. Canfield-Niles Road, but police said nothing was taken.

Recovered property: An Ohio ID card was recovered in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.

April 17

Robbery: A man driving a silver vehicle robbed Home Savings and Loan Bank, 4259 Kirk Road.

Fraud: Two charges for UPS overnight delivery valued at $50 each were reported at Rhiel Supply, 3735 Oakwood Ave.

Criminal damaging: A windshield was shattered and a hood scratched on a vehicle at a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.

Identity theft: A Facebook account was opened fraudulently at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Assault: Police charged Timothy Menton, 31, of 578 Woodside Ave., Youngstown, with assault for reportedly punching a woman in the face in the township.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Laurie Drive.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Shaqwuala Neely-Abdulla, 22, of 1620 Mahoning Ave., for a reported left at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: Copper was stolen from a home in the 20 block of North Roanoke Ave.

Theft: A son is accused of stealing jewelry at a home in the 600 block of Notre Dame Avenue.

Theft: A purse was stolen and then recovered missing $40 at Wal-Mart.

Personal injury: A victim suffered a gunshot to the leg at a home in the 100 block of North Edgehill Avenue.

Auto theft: A 1999 Dodge Durango was stolen from the 900 block of Compass West.

Telecommunications harassment: Harassment was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Huntmere Avenue.

Fraud: An ex-boyfriend took a check for $620 and is also harassing a woman at a home in the 3000 block of Cumberland Drive.

Theft: Scrap metal was stolen from Austintown Metal Works, 45 Victoria Road.

Telecommunications harassment: Harassing emails were reported in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Cody Hylton, 21, of 712 Notre Dame Ave., Austintown, on a charge of aggravated burglary.

Animal complaint: A dog fight took place and an owner was bitten at a home in the 3000 block of Robert Frost Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman is a suspect in telecommunications harassment at an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West.

April 19

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Paul Tatar, 56, of 4587 Kirk Road, Apt. 11, on a felonious assault charge.

Theft: A 12-foot aluminum row boat was stolen at a home in the 600 block of Duke Circle.

Theft: A pool cue was taken from a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Jeffrey Meese, 29, of 108 Westminster Ave., on charges of complicity to criminal damaging and inducing panic.

April 20

Theft: A GPS and miscellaneous items were stolen from Masters Repair Group, LLC, 200 Victoria Road.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Ashley Shubert, 26, of Austintown on a rape charge.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Brandon Pendland, 26, of 261 S. Main St., on a charge of complicity to burglary.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Jeremy Green, 31, of 1137 Salt Springs Road, Mineral Ridge, on charges of theft and criminal simulation.

Aggravated menacing: A man was accused of aggravated menacing at a home in the 50 block of Nort Roanoke Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Police charged Alexander Otero, 29, of 40 N. Roanoke Ave., with disorderly conduct, public indecency and resisting arrest after his arrest in the township.

Receiving stolen property: Police charged Kristin Nagy, 28, of 11711 Ellsworth Road, North Jackson, with receiving stolen property for reportedly cashing stolen checks from Farmers National Bank, 22 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to James Ehrhart, 38, of 2382 Penny Lane, Austintown, for failure to appear on a probation violation.

April 21

Theft: A GPS, CB radio and keys were stolen from the trunk of an auto at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: A driver’s window was smashed out and tools were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Attempted theft: A female fled after attempting to walk out with a television at Wal-Mart.

Theft: Jewelry and equipment was taken from Bills’ Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls were received by the wife’s ex-husband at a home in the 4000 block of Viall Road.

April 22

Drug offense: Police charged Nicholas Carrabia, 22, of 4567 Deopham Green Drive, Austintown, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and Adam Hudak, 23, of 882 Harbor Drive, Lake Milton, with possession of marijuana after their arrests in the township.

Theft: A Johnson outboard moor was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Nottingham Drive.

Theft/recovered property: A purse was stolen at Rulli Bros., 4331 Kirk Road, and later recovered with nothing missing.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Joseph Hyust, 43, who listed addresses in Niles and New Athens, on charges of theft and falsification and failure to appear in court on a falsification charge.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant to Harold Charon, 37, of 6965 McCartney Road, Lot. No. 1, Lowellville, on charges of breaking and entering and criminal trespassing.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Bernita Carter, 30, of 209 Carroll St., Youngstown, for theft of $98 in merchandise on a Liberty warrant, and a summons to Tamara Brown, 43, of 153 S. Truesdale Ave., Youngstown, for theft of $73.66 in merchandise at Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road, and on a warrant from Niles.

Aggravated menacing: A woman was threatened at a home in the 300 block of Wilcox Road.
