“Dog Days,SDRq Victorian Players and J&B Production Arts Services, 720 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown. Auditions will be at 7 p.m. May 13 and 14. The cast requires 15 men age 17 to 40, and three women age 17 to 40. Some of the available roles are good opportunities for actors from high school theater departments. An adult German shepherd dog also is needed for a brief appearance. The play is about Albert Wickline, grandfather of former local actress Sarah Wickline Klimenko, who was a tailgunner in a B-17 bomber during World War II. He was shot down behind enemy lines.
