Thursday program to discuss enhancing neighborhoods, transportation

YOUNGSTOWN

Eastgate Regional Council of Governments will have a presentation about MATS Connecting Communities Planning Grant Program at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The program will be at Eastgate’s offices in the City Centre One building, 100 E. Federal St.

The presentation will be about the Akron Metropolitan Transportation Study’s Connecting Communities Planning Grant program to provide ideas for Eastgate, local municipalities and community groups to collaborate on enhancing neighborhoods and transportation networks.
