JLY will celebrate at annual dinner

The Junior League of Youngstown will celebrate another successful year at its annual dinner Tuesday at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center. A social hour at 5:30 p.m. will be followed with dinner at 6:30 and a program at 7.

Dr. Virginia Banks, UPMC infectious disease physician, will address the group and present “How Just One Can Make an Impact.” The JLY recently selected a community impact focus area of school readiness with an emphasis on childhood nutrition and obesity. Dr. Banks applauds the efforts of the group.

All women 21 and older in Trumbull, Columbiana and Mahoning Counties are invited to attend the dinner to hear Dr. Banks and to learn about membership in the JLY.
