As part of its Life Long Learning Institute, Park Vista Retirement Community will host Stephen G. Post, Ph.D., author of “The Hidden Gifts of Helping: How the Power of Giving, Compassion and Hope Can Help Get Us Through Hard Times.”

He will present his message: Help others and you will help yourself, from 9:15 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Gathering Room at Park Vista, 1216 Fifth Ave.
