Kelly Pavlik’s return to the ring proved to be short. And highly successful.

Fighting for just the second time since May 2010, Pavlik made short work of Aaron Jaco in their super middleweight fight at the Illusions Theatre inside the Alamodome on Saturday night.

Pavlik, improving to 38-2 with 33 wins by knockout, stopped Jaco in the second round of their scheduled 10-round fight on the undercard of the Ivan Najera-James Lester main event.
