First Night panel elects new officers

YOUNGSTOWN

First Night Youngstown elected new officers at its March meeting: Barry Silver was selected a the new president; John R. Swierz, vice president; Natalie Scott, treasurer; and Elayne Bozick, secretary.

The group, founded in 1998, sponsors the annual family-friendly, alchohol-free New Year’s Eve celebration of the arts.
