It’s time to meet on links for Charity Golf Scramble

Heart Reach Ministries will sponsor its 21st annual four-person Charity Golf Scramble on May 21 at Pine Lakes Golf Club, 6233 W. Liberty St.

Registration will be at 8 a.m., and play will begin with a shotgun start at 10 .

At noon, lunch will be served during the round, and at 3 p.m. awards will precede a chicken and rib dinner.

Participants will receive $50 in Nike merchandise, a continental breakfast and lunch, free range privileges, and 18 holes with carts equipped with GPS.

A special raffle of $1,000 in assorted Nike clubs and merchandise will be featured.

Included in the tournament format are $2,000 prize purse certificates; the top four teams win $1,100; first place wins $500; hole-in-one prize is a 2012 car, there’s a rain check guarantee, and there are longest drive, closest to pin and longest putt contests.

Team skins are $40 per team (50-50 split), and mulligan tickets are $40 per team or $10 per player.

• Par Level $1,200 corporate sponsorship: Sponsor gets four-person team entry fee, a $775 value; $200 tee sponsorship; four certificates for 18 holes and a cart; one Julia’s Bed and Breakfast $100 certificate.

• Birdie Level $2,200 corporate sponsorship: Four-person team entry fee; $200 tee sponsorship; 25 certificates for 18 holes/cart; three Julia’s $100 certificates.

• Eagle Level $3,200 corporate sponsorship: Four-person team entry free; $200 tee sponsorship; 40 certificates for 18 holes/cart; and five Julia’s $100 certificates.

• Ace Level $5,200 corporate sponsorship: Four-person team entry fee; $200 tee sponsorship, 75 certificates for 18 holes/cart; and eight Julia’s $100 certificates.
