Parents announce plans for Yankle, Kennedy wedding

Margaret Yankle of Columbiana and Nicholas Kennedy of East Palestine are engaged, their parents announce.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert and Mary Yankle of North Lima, and the prospective groom is the son of John and Michelle Kennedy of East Palestine.

The couple’s open ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at St. Charles Church in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at Drake’s Landing Banquet Center in Canfield.

Miss Yankle attended Youngstown State University.

Mr. Kennedy attends YSU, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education.
