D’Amato-Melnik nuptials planned for this summer

Philip and Irene D’Amato of Lowellville and Stanley and Karen Melnik of Campbell are announcing the engagement of their children, Katherine D’Amato of Lowellville and Christopher Michael Melnik of Boardman.

Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Campbell will be the setting for the couple’s wedding vows July 7, and an evening reception is being planned at The Palermo Center, also in Campbell. Invitations will be extended to both events.

Miss D’Amato attended Youngstown State University, and she is employed as a sales associate at Best Buy in Boardman.

Mr. Melnik earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from YSU. He is a civil and structural engineer (EIT) with SNC Lavalin America in Pittsburgh.
