ACTORS

Gospel stage plays, Glory of Shekinah Drama Ministry, 3314 South Ave., Youngstown. Evangelist Earlina Gilford-Weaver will conduct open casting calls at 6:30 p.m. Fridays and Mondays during March to cast four Gospel stage plays and one that will be a film production. Makeup, costume and band members are needed. Men age 18 to 60, women age 18 to 55 and extras are needed. For information, call 330-330-4003.

“The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas,SDRq New Castle Playhouse, New Castle, Pa. Auditions will be from 2 to 4 p.m. April 15 and 6 to 8:30 p.m. April 16. Needed: six women age 22 to 55 and eight men ages 25 to 65. Auditionees will read from the script and be prepared with a one-minute vocal selection. “Princess and the Pea,” “Three by Three” and “Little Shop of Horrors,” Kent Trumbull Theatre, 4314 Mahoning Ave., NW, Warren. Auditions for all shows will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 26 and from 10 a.m. to noon April 28. “Princess and the Pea” will be staged in June; “Three by Three” in July has roles for children from 8 to 17 years old; and “Little Shop of Horrors” will be performed in July, and singers should be prepared with a song. Models

Eastwood Mall Center Court, Sobeestyle will have model auditions for the first Youngstown Fashion Week (YFW) on March 31 and April 14. Registration will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. Model auditions will be from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on both days. Male and female models age 16 and older are sought for YFW, which will take place Sept. 28 and 29. The YFW Model form can be downloaded from youngstownfashionweek.com to expedite the registration process. Models under 18 must include parent/guardian signature on the model form.
