Summer wedding for Katie Mraz, Joseph Cirelli

Robert and Barbara Mraz of Austintown and Kathleen M. Cirelli of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their children, Katie Lynn Mraz of Austintown, and Joseph A. Cirelli III of Beaver Falls, Pa. Mr. Cirelli also is the son of the late Joseph A. Cirelli Jr.

The couple will be married in a late afternoon ceremony June 30 at The Lake Club in Poland. A reception will follow at the same location. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect is a summa cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University, where she earned a degree in early childhood education. She is a tutor at ACLD Learning Center in Youngstown and a substitute teacher at Struthers Elementary School.

The prospective groom graduated summa cum laude from Geneva College with a degree in sociology and student ministry. He is pursuing a master’s degree in higher education at Geneva, where he is employed as a residence-hall director.
