June 9 chosen for Baragona- Mientkiewicz rite

Tessa Baragona and Steven Mientkiewicz, along with their parents, are announcing their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Baragona, and the prospective groom is the son of Edrea Mientkiewicz and Patrick Mientkiewicz, all of Niles.

The couple will exchange wedding vows June 9 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles. An evening reception will follow at Avion on the Water in Canfield. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Baragona graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in health information management and systems. She also earned a degree in nursing from Kent State University. She is employed as a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Mr. Mientkiewicz holds a bachelor’s degree in middle-childhood education from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in education administration from Kent State. He is a teacher at the Rich School for Autism at YSU.
