Garcia-Rich vows to take place in Tampa, Fla.

CANFIELD

Dr. and Mr. Frank Rich of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their son, Jeffrey Rich, to Candace Garcia, both of Tampa, Fla. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Garcia, also of Tampa.

The couple will exchange vows April 21, and a reception in their honor will take place at the Tampa Yacht and Country Club.

Miss Garcia earned a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a juris doctorate from Wake Forest School of Law. She is a felony assistant state attorney with Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office in Tampa.

Mr. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of law. He is a founding and managing partner in the Law Office of Jeffrey M. Rich.
