Amanda Fraser, John Bizorik to wed in May

AUSTINTOWN

Peter and Brenda Fraser of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda J. Fraser of Aberdeen, N.C., to John A. Bizorik, also of Aberdeen. Parents of the prospective groom are John and Dinah Bizorik of Bellevue, Ohio, and David and Dianne Culbertson of Clyde, Ohio.

The couple will marry May 26 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown, and an evening reception is being planned at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect received a bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental science from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is employed as a physician assistant with the U.S. Army in the Department of Defense in Fort Bragg, N.C., and serves in the National Guard.

Mr. Bizorik is attending Fayetteville Technical Community College while employed in the Special Warfare Training Group with the U.S. Army in Fort Bragg. He spent 19 years in active duty with the Army.
