Area presentations

Performances of the Passion of Christ will be presented by Students on a Spiritual Mime Ministry Journey for Jesus. Kay and Leonard Suzelis of Lake Milton wrote “For You, For Me.” They direct with assitance of the ministry team of Jeannine Spalvieri, Patrick Harnichar, Mary Ellen Ozanich and Nadia Suzelis. “For You, For Me” incorporates narration, music and movement to tell the story of Jesus from his baptism by John through his passion and death. Presentations are planned in the Valley.

Sunday: 1 p.m. at St. Michael Church, 300 N. Broad St., Canfield.

Wednesday: 7 p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 140 Cherry St., Warren.

Thursday: 7 p.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite, 737 Ridge Road, Newton Falls.

Friday: 7 p.m. at St. Peter of the Fields Church, 3487 Old Forge Road, Rootstown.

April 1, Palm Sunday: 2:30 p.m. at Ursuline Sisters Motherhouse Chapel, 4250 Shields Road, Canfield; and 7 p.m. at First Church of God, 426 W. Broad St., Newton Falls.

April 4: Sts. Mary and Joseph Church, 131 W. Quarry St., Newton Falls. (Mime alumni are invited.)

April 6, Good Friday: 1 p.m. at St. James Church, 50 Rosemont Road, North Jackson; and 7 p.m. at Lake Milton Presbyterian Church, 942 Grandview Road.
