Warren 3rd Ward summit is Saturday

WARREN — Councilman John Brown has organized a 3rd Ward safety summit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic Street NE.

The summit will provide information on how residents can protect themselves and their homes from the increasing number of break-ins and home invasions being reported in the city.

Speakers will include Sgt. Joe O’Grady of the Warren Police Department, Jerry Usselman of the National Rifle Association regarding concealed-carry training, Tina Milner regarding the Warren Weed and Seed program, Animal Welfare League regarding dog adoption, and WJ Alarm Co. regarding alarm and video services.
