Kristina Mines, Jeffrey Rukas to marry in April

Kristina Mines and Jeffrey Rukas are engaged and planning a spring wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Richard and Mary Mines of Vienna, and parents of the prospective groom are Ronald and Jo Jean Rukas of Sarver, Pa.

The couple’s ceremony will take place in April in Pittsburgh.

Miss Mines holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University. She is employed as a pharmacy manager for Target in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Rukas graduated from Duquesne with a bachelor’s degree in biology and from Point Park University with a master’s degree in business administration. He is employed at Blackburn’s Medical Supply in Tarentum, Pa.
