Milton man, 39, charged in rapes

LAKE MILTON

A 39-year-old Lake Milton man is charged in the rape of two young girls.

Christopher Miller, 39, of Milton Avenue, was arrested Sunday at his home by Milton Police Lt. Jeffrey Lewis.

He was charged with four counts of rape involving two female juveniles.

Lewis said the case is ongoing, and the most recent incident was reported to police on Sunday.

Miller was arraigned Monday in Mahoning County Area Court in Austintown where no plea was accepted.

Miller is in Mahoning County jail, and his bond was set at $100,000.
