Pet expo show, sale return to Niles center

The Eastwood Expo Center in Niles will host the Northeast Ohio Spring Pet Expo Show and Sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 31 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 1. The event will feature trainers, retailers, groomers, pet food manufacturers and animal charities.

There will be a “Look Like Your Pet” contest at 2 p.m. March 31 and a pet fashion show at 1 p.m. April 1. Doris Straka, an animal communicator from Cleveland, will do seminars and one-on-one sessions. Team McCabe will be on hand with owner Chrissy Patrick from MIX98.

There will be raffles, door prizes, food and vendors and a chance to win a “Pet Vacation Giveaway.” Admission is $5; children under 12 and pets are free. Friendly pets are encouraged to attend and owners are responsible for them at all times. For information call 330-518-7794.
