It’s time again for Women’s Night Out

Salem Community Center, 1098 N. Ellsworth Ave., will host its third Women’s Night Out from 4 to 9 p.m. March 28.

The keynote address will be given by Julia Fuhrman Davis, who will present “The Art of Taking Care of Yourself: It’s an Inside Job.”

A light dinner will be served by Steve James and The Fifth Season, and there will be a chocolate fountain.

There will be more than 75 vendors, and attendees will receive many sample products in a gift bag suitable for a day at the pool or the gym.

Breakout topics by physicians and other local experts include: “You Can Eat Anything” by Linda Ro; “Top 10 Exercises and Stretches You Shouldn’t Live Without” by Laurie Camp; “Edible Landscaping Basics” by Maurice Peoples; “Minimizing Migraines” by Dr. Anita Hackstedde; “10 Most Common Questions Women Want to Ask Their Doctor” by Dr. Michael Sevilla; “Skin Through the Ages” by Dr. Susan Woods; and “Who Has Mental Stress” by Jamie Benner.

Tickets cost $25 per person and may be purchased at Salem Giant Eagle, The Look Nook at Salem Community Hospital and Salem Community Center. Ticket sales end Monday.

Proceeds will benefit the newly established Children’s Fitness Center at the center.
