Youngstown police investigating body, suspected homicide

YOUNGSTOWN

Police are investigating what is believed to be the city’s eighth homicide of 2012.

Police are not releasing many details, but are still on the scene at a Boston Avenue home where a body was found early this morning. According to police, the victim was killed by gunfire and found by a Boston Avenue resident this morning.

If confirmed as a homicide, the murder will be the city’s eighth this year compared to three at the same time last year.
