Pregnancy center plans fundraiser

Pregnancy Help Center, 4845 Market St., is asking the community to Walk for Life at 10 a.m. May 5 in Boardman Park.

For 25 years the center has welcomed and helped women of the Mahoning Valley who face unplanned pregnancies.

The help center offers free and confidential pregnancy testing and free limited ultrasound.

The Walk for Life is an annual fundraising event, and walkers of all ages can download and complete sponsor pledge forms by visiting www.supportcarenet.com.

Registration for the 2-mile walk through Boardman Park begins at 9 a.m. May 5 in the Thomas C. Masters Pavilion.

Participants are asked to take all completed sponsor pledge forms to the registration. Walkers do not need to collect any money.

Pregnancy Help Center will bill all donors listed on the pledge form.
