The Women’s Committee for Children’s Concerts are wrapping up plans for the young people’s concert “It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Swing.”

The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra will present the concert under the direction of Randall Fleischer at 9:30 and 11:30 March 22 at Powers Auditorium.

Schools that responded to committee fliers will attend.

The students will be taken on a musical journey to explore the rhythms of the African drum, jazz and swing, musical theater and the classical concert.
