Pittsburgh couple plan to marry at St. Columba’s

The wedding of Ryan James Mistovich and Huanan Li, both of Pittsburgh, will take place July 28 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown.

Ron and Joyce Mistovich of Boardman, parents of the prospective groom, are announcing the couple’s engagement. Sujie Liu and Dawei Li of Shenyang, China, are parents of the bride-to-be.

An evening reception will take place in the John Young Dining Room of the Youngstown Club.

Mr. Mistovich earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Westminster College. He received a post-baccalaureate degree from Carlow University. He is a substitute teacher in the Pittsburgh schools while pursuing a career as an art education specialist.

Miss Li graduated with a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from Shenyang Agriculture University. She received a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Case Western Reserve University.

The bride-elect is working at the University of Pittsburgh as a health science research scholar.
